I’ve never felt more ripped off by an app before.. I purchased this app to control some skypanels that were in the grid of a studio and it didn’t work. The studio couldn’t figure it out and we deleted the app before going home.. now a year later I notice I’ve paid 12 months subscription for an app that’s not even installed.. I’ve never been more insulted by both Apple and what I use to regard as my favorite cinema company, Arri.. rip.

Dear MercerMike7, we're very sorry that this happened to you. Unfortunately Stellar cannot automatically cancel the subscription for you when the App is uninstalled, this can only be done by the user in the App Store. However, it would be interesting to know why the app didn't work out in the first place, though. You can contact me via lightingapp@arri.com.
