Couldn't acces courses

This review was left prior to the reviewer contacting support and asking for assistance. The reviewer wasn't able to access because they did not complete the checkout process. After discussing the issue with the user, he still seemed frustrated in not being able to access certain courses that were not yet available to the public. My apologies to him and hope he re-visits the app after he has gone through the checkout process. The vast majority of users understand that the transaction of a course needs to be completed prior to being able to access the course in the app. Please, PLEASE reach out to our support prior to leaving a review to give us a chance to assist with any issues anyone may be having with the app or website. I do want to thank him for his honesty and we will continue to streamline the process for a more user friendly experience in the app.
