Steward is awesome!
I’ve killed so many plants one of my kids wrote a poem about it. Found Steward and thought I’d give it a try. Started with the free plan and then found the light maps and custom care recs so valuable I subscribed annually. My plants are so happy and I feel so much better. Also my kids no longer make fun of me! If you want nature in your life highly recommend Steward.
Disappointed with support
I enjoyed the app at first. Unfortunately, with the change of seasons my original room maps needed updating, and even though I had already paid for a subscription, I couldn’t unlock the next season’s maps unless I paid again. I contacted support and provided my prior receipt. The auto reply said they would “be back in touch within a few hours.”
3 days later, I received a reply saying they would check with the developers. A week after that - having heard nothing - I requested an update. Again, no response for 3 days, and then same thing: they would check with the developers. That was almost a week ago now and I still have no update, no explanation, and no resolution.
Sad, because this app has such potential. I regret having recommended it to friends.
