Won’t issue my refund!

Got a ride from cab #35, who got lost picking me and my family up. Upon our destination, he asked for cash. I asked him TWICE, I’m using their app and if we pay cash will my card get charged? He said, no. The fare was $14, we gave him a $20 - no change. 20-30 mins later my card gets charged! Email the support - the manager, Jorge Bartose responds and asks the necessary info booking ID, cab #, etc. send them to him and he goes mia. NO REPLY WHATSOEVER. This cab service is a joke, poor customer service! This occurred middle of May and it’s June already! Should be ashamed of yourselves!

Drivers don’t know how to use it

Got the app, ordered a taxi and got to my destination, but the driver claimed my trip was not there and needed to charge me. I ended getting charged twice.

Won't work at all

Downloaded the app… Entered my name and phone number… The next up is to verify by getting a text message. Tried six times to get the app to send me a verification code. Didn't work. Went to try to just book a cab, it returned a message saying that the server was down and that the cab could not be booked. Complete failure. Have deleted the app. I won't use. Sorry Stita Taxi you can't get my business now.
