Description
From better attendance and increased engagement and participation in class to higher test scores and improved academic performance, there are many anecdotes about the educational impact of the SIFMA Foundation's Stock Market Game (SMG). These anecdotes were confirmed when a study of the SMG program by American Institutes for Research confirmed quantitatively that the Stock Market Game engages students and improves academic performance, financial knowledge, and saving and investing habits.
The SMG mobile app works in conjunction with the SMG student team portfolios, engaging students in meaningful second screen experiences. The app syncs with standard SMG portfolios to provide current Account Summary, Pending Transactions, Transaction Notes, and market news information. The app will also allow teams to look up ticker symbols and enter trades.
You must be registered in an active SMG session to use this app.

Version 2.5
The Stock Market Game app has been upgraded to be compatible with the latest version of the iOS operating system. Also, new features have been added such as help menu icons that provide definitions of important trading concepts, a trade preview screen is now available that provides trade data such as trade cost and analysis of impact to buying power, the landing page menu and bottom navigation bar have been modified to create a more intuitive experience, and a Resources link has been added to provide access to participation rules, an index of sustainable stocks, and a real-time news feed of financial news headlines.

Terrible
Can’t access my portfolio or do anything on the app. Logged in and the screen just said “The stock market game.” On the website stock prices are delayed and you can’t see what price you’re buying a security for, which is important because there’s often disparity between real prices and the games prices.
Best Stock Market Game
This was the best Stock Market Game that I have used so far. It is also very easy and reliable to use. You play against other people where when you make money, you rank up and if u win the first or the second place out of all of the participants, you get awards and so on. It is very cool since I won the game and got a medal too!
hard to navigate
I understand stocks and the concept, but the app was really hard to use. i couldn’t check my portfolio.
