Outdated and Not User Friendly - User Schwab

App lacks Touch ID and Face ID when this is considered a norm for banking apps now. The visualization and breakdown of your transactions and fees are awful. If you are a corporate user and choosing between this and Schwab, go with Schwab purely based off of user experience. Pretty sure this app UX was designed for iPhone 5 and sizing etc has not been updated since.

Also app doesn’t properly handle sales of fractional shares. If you sell 3.5 shares for $100ea, your gross proceeds from the sale will show you the total for the sale of 4 shares ($400). Your net proceeds will be correct on the desktop website ($350), but there is no breakdown or explanation of the issues or differences. I am moving my corporate account after this.

No touch/Face ID

This is the only financial app I have that still does not offer touch/Face ID. Also the user experience design is awful, the key use cases for me are to see when is the next stock vesting date, what is the estimated value based on current share price and estimated net value after tax withholding. Also that same data for an entire year. Instead the app has confusing navigation based on stock grants and offers no guidance on vesting value or tax amount when RSUs vest. The company message at the top is always there and never goes away.. just overall worst user experience ever!

Just wanted to see my StockPlan

It does what's it's supposed to I guess, as far as Touch ID/Face ID. I'm mad but not really everything is becoming too simple all this instant gratification takes away from gratitude and worth. Makes life lame sometime and the masses are becoming ungrateful with everything. Type in your password take the time to remember it because it's important it's your StockPlan. My goodness that's why the banks are aways getting ripped off. I was victim of bank fraud twice in less than a year. Get a grip folks
