Stonefire Grill 4+

We use to go to a place for two-tip with the initials ‘WR’, they use to good selection for a descent price. That has changed tremendously! So without with some friends and family for dinner came to fire stone and they first opened here in Ventura to check it out, hooked!!! The portions are great. The barbecue selection is awesome, extremely affordable. I just the other night I went for dinner last minute because my order and come out less than 10 minutes later than that it stated on the app, they we so sorry kept offering me dessert. It wasn’t that big of a deal I wasn’t in a hurry. Got home food was AWESOME & they kicked us down free carrot cake which was even more AWESOME! So I’ll be back for sure and yea I’ll take the carrot cake with my order of tri-tip! Thank you Ventura location. I’ll be a longtime, extremely happy customer.

Stonefire is one of our favorite restaurants but their app is not ready for release. I couldn’t login on multiple attempts with my account or my husband’s account but it kindly told me that the developers would be informed.

When I tried to order as a guest, all the options were set to Yes and it wouldn’t let me change them to no (as in, no, I don’t want to substitute ingredients.)

I gave up and called in the order. I will continue to try to use the app and look forward to a time when it will work.

There are multiple issues with the STONEFIRE grill app. I had placed an online order with the app and I never received the points for that order. I talked to the store manager in regards to this issue and she had no idea how to give me my points. There is no customer service number we can call or talk to anyone if we run across an issue. The store manager took my email address and phone number and said she will get back to me to solve this issue. I never received a call on their end. The app also does not allow us to see the total points we received or the rewards earned. In addition, there are also no options to make changes or edit your options when trying to place an order. They really need to make the app user friendly and make modifications. I won’t be using this app anymore. I will simply call to place my pick up order. Overall, I never received my points for the online order simply because the manager or the employees didn’t know what to do.
