A quick weekend update, with some fixes and improvements.
- If you keep having to restore purchases over and over, this should fix it. You might have to restore one more time though. Daft Punk earworm loading...
- It also shows you if you are restoring purchases now, so it doesn't look like the button is doing nothing.
- Viewing your card in detail wasn't honouring your theme choice. It will now.
- It will show you when brands are being loaded/updated on launch

Lacks a few common brands
I have been using Stocard on a daily basis. Even though I can keep using Stocard (via US App Store), I wanted to support a local product.
At the moment, there are still quite a few local common brands missing from the card list, hence it looks a bit weird with me having to select custom card the whole time.
