You even set the word counts for sequels, which will not only influence the writing duration but also affect sales potential!
• Tap into your publishing power! Access real-time book sales data within your company, and get a snapshot of weekly sales.
• Notice red? That means sold-out inventory! This new color coding lets you swiftly identify which books are flying off the shelves and need a quick reprint.
• Watch your authors thrive! Our signed talents will naturally gain followers and enhance their skills over time. Keep an eye on their happiness though—low spirits could lead to a decline in their skills.

Love this Creator

Honestly I love these creators, I have played the music version, the stock version, and the Hollywood version. This by far is probably my favorite game thus far. I love how every game they build upon the existing system while also introducing new components to the game. Now hear me out Chimpanzee, I think you have the ability to do something great here with maybe some cross integration. I know you just had a huge update but what if for the next one you allow your books to get picked up as movie deals. Maybe they allow you limited choices but ultimately they could buy the rights just like a publisher but maybe for more money and more royalties. I think that would be a cool concept. I’ve created an 8 book series like Harry Potter and it would be cool if you could negotiate a deal like that to make even more money on those books. Think about it! You have a great gem here!

Love this, but issues

Hey Jon, or whatever other Chimpanzee employee sees this, you have a great system but some work could be done to it. I would like ways to permanently increase my energy with a rebirth system because loosing one energy every year adds up. Also, if we could become agents ourselves and mentor authors without a publishing company would be cool. MAKE A SPORTS CAREER GAME TOO! Or a animation game. A superhero game? Another life simulator? Also I hope you guys can buff book sales, and maybe have an option to buff book sales without getting on the leaderboard so just a game for fun. Wait.. LANDLORD GAME!
Also, can we get more book covers based on genre? Like some of them have for the bestsellers are really cool and I would want to use them or just upload my own covers.

I love this game. Can’t stop playing it. It’s amazing. I have some suggestions. Maybe we can have an option to write movie scripts. Additionally, it would be great if we have an option to open our own publishing company and be able to publish other novels that aren’t ours. Also, add awards. I know that in real world you can win literature awards. That might be something cool to look into. Another thing I thought of would be a quick addition to authors profile where it would have a section that list all books that became Bestsellers. There are other things you can also play with if you implement the having your own publishing company like be able to pitch to stores (Barnes and noble ex) to sell the books. Idk.
