I subscribed to the one day pass because I had gotten reeled in by this story and the story was great but the story was incomplete and all of the stories that I watched on that one day pass were incomplete. They just leave you hanging. some people like stories like that I don’t so I tried to cancel, but I didn’t see anywhere to cancel my subscription before it renewed to go to a week pass. So the next day I was charged the 1999+ tax for a week subscription. I contacted customer service and when I tell y’all in 30 minutes. maybe less they had emailed me back they asked for some information to verify my account and they canceled and refunded my subscription. if you’re short story type of person but remember the short stories are incomplete so if you’re a short story type of person that likes to guess at the ending or make up your own ending, this is the perfect app for you, but I give them five star because the stories that I did look at were very interesting except for that one issue of them leaving me hanging and having to guess at the end I don’t like stories like that and I also give them five stars based off their customer service. Their customer service is great, fantastic, phenomenal. they were quick, very quick at contacting me back and fixing my issues with canceling my subscription and refunding me my money back.

So I tried this app to see what I thought of it completely unpaid for opinion or trial and paid for the week myself! I had a little app to billing connection issue which made it hard to figure out how to cancel but after one email explaining with my StoryReel ID and email used to sign up, it was no big deal to cancel if I wanted to which was so reassuring! Similar apps with the same issues didn’t fix it or even respond for that matter that way and I had to “stop and block future charge” with my actual bank to get it to stop charging me! So A+ on customer service!!! Please don’t change!!! The stories on here are actually amazing! And customer support was spot on! The AI stories are also sooo good!! Some can be a little laggy or off on what the characters are actually trying to say… other than that the story lines are entertaining enough to keep me watching, I’m unsponsored and was just looking for a good story app! I’m pretty impressed with this one based on what I found! Try if you want!

All stories just end mid story at least a cliffhanger leaves you with a reason to want to come back for more. This just leaves you Pi$$ed. I had an idea this would be the case, but it gave me a week for $3.99 so I thought why not. Had I decided to cave and pay full price. I’d be beyond livid! I’ll give them credit great graphics (that is probably the wrong word for AI) the stories are addicting and draw you in and you want to find out what happens (but phych- that isn’t happening) even though it’s AI there is actually visible emotion, but 20 episodes and they just leave you hanging mid story it’s like ripping a book in half and leaving only the first half and burning the rest. I won’t be renewing at the end of the week.

I cannot cancel this subscription through the ways that this app is suggesting and had to use the route of sending an email. Almost immediately their automated system states that I did not give UID and gave the incorrect email which is a lie on their end. Both the UID was given plus a screenshot of the UID in the app with time stamps. I documented what I could but unfortunately this app does not allow you to make any payments changes account password set ups. Their linking system is trash. Please read the reviews before getting this app and a lot of the stories are unfinished so it’s not worth it. I have reached out to my bank and will be diligently disputing any reoccurring charges. Also if anyone is going through this same issue please scroll down to the very bottom and “Report this app” for fraud because that is what they are doing with taking peoples money and giving such predatory subscription making it hard to cancel. Developer need to do the right thing and refund everyone who has been reach out to cancel their subscription!
