Having and maintaining good posture is a major step in preventing back pain. The Straighten Up Canada app shares 12 simple exercises that can help, complete with videos and descriptions. Using this app, you can track your progress, set reminders, and learn more about back health through a "know your body" pain diagram.

This app has been developed by the Canadian Chiropractic Association (CCA). There are more than 9,000 licensed doctors of chiropractic practicing in Canada who are extensively trained to help in the prevention, assessment, diagnosis, and management of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions.

The app is available in English and French.
