Its okay. But not as covenient as you think it would be. You literally have to go into the app every time you want to unlock your door or execute tasks. If they integrated stratis with the wallet app this would solve fumbling around through steps like unlocking your phone, scrolling through home screens to find the app, waiting for the app to open, and finally executing tasks.
Good but room to improve
For starters since this app has a virtual key to your home it really should allow for a passcode or extra face/touchID check when opened if the user wants. If your phone is stolen and someone realizes this app can unlock your door you’re toast. Esp since unit number and building name are in it! Pretty bad security risk and no way to quickly deactivate STRATIS app if phone lost as I recently learned. This will some day cause a burglary or worse, leaving STRATIS at risk. Surprised no one has put 2¢ together yet to figure that one out.
Also, the thermostat controls are only partially compatible with the (Mitsubishi) hvac system our building has. Fan speed setting doesn’t work right and the status is sometimes out of sync from what the actual thermostat says, until you make an adjustment in the app.
Overall this app looks nice but hope they fix the above.

You are right that security is a primary concern when it comes to accessing your home; for that reason, the STRATIS app will only remember login info for users who have a passcode or fingerprint lock enabled on their device. Otherwise, you must enter your username and password every time the STRATIS mobile app is opened.

App No Longer Works
I’ve been using this app for a couple of years, since I lived in my apartment building, and it use to work pretty well. Now, for some reason it doesn’t recognize my phone, and I keep getting either a “account registered to different device” or “Error 505” message when I try logging in. I have not purchased a new phone nor changed my phone number, and myself and the complex manager have tried resetting the app multiple times, and also calling the STRATIS company, but nothing seems to help. I don’t know if it’s not compatible with the new iPhone updates or something else, but it is such an inconvenience to not be able to use a feature that use to be convenient, and one I pay for. I hope the company will be able to fix this, and fast.
