Ratings and Reviews
Worst app I ever used
Payment froze in the middle of process, after that order was duplicated. Both orders were showing waiting for payment but in details both orders were showing that order is preparing. Had to open website to find out one payment failed but another not even started payment process. Do not use this app, just go to the website!
Avoid if you can
They do have some nice restaurants under exclusive contract, but still it’s very hard to like them.
Each time they are late to the point that food needs to be reheated.
And they would call you 5 minutes before delivery to say they are sorry it’s late. Every single time
Too buggy, couldn’t use
I’ve installed this app in March 19th 2021. Wasn’t able to get my address in search so had to drag the pin all over the map.
Then when I went to search for a restaurant I typed “London’s stake” I’ve got a green packman preloader that periodically frozen the entire app and nothing more... I gave 5 minutes to load but nothing happened
Poor work from the developers, the app is useless unfortunately
