Not user friendly at all
App works ok, but I really wish I could set some notification preferences. I’m so sick of constant alerts telling me to start my shift when I don’t need to. Also, something as simple as the iPhone clock not being visible at the top of the screen is so frustrating. I need to know what time it is when I’m using this app! Especially since their system gets confused when I do two actions within the same minute, it is so annoying. I have to wait at least one minute between jobs, and I don’t even have a clock to see it! Please fix at least that.
Main screen needs to display active events. Everything is buried and needs drilled down to to find. Too many taps. Only two icons are used by my company, & the icons don't give any info. Not modern
My company has used a Xora product off and on for the past 7.5+ years. I’ve used it on Blackberry, iPhone 4/7/X products and it doesn’t matter the platform, I hate this time clock app. Our IT department can’t help with anything. It constantly gives error messages for various things…server communication, GPS Lost, sync error, etc. I’m just over it.
