This app has been great. I usually just set a timer and take breaks while working on the computer for prolonged periods of time, but this app ensures that I am doing a wide variety of strengthening/stretching exercises. Would definitely recommend to anyone who works in the computer for a prolonged period of time.

This is the app I’ve been waiting for - so helpful! I use it to stretch, move, do exercises, etc throughout the day to avoid pain associated with sitting/working on a computer.
