Low quality videos
Good app, but low quality videos distract a bit --- this is probably why they don't take much space in iPad. Not a deal breaker, however, I expected video instructions to take me through the whole sequence and repetitions, like a guided workout. On the contrary, the videos show you the main exercises. Don't get me wrong, these are very well done, but again, I thought it was a guided workout...
Very professionally done app with TONS of great stretching exercises and techniques for the entire body! I’m using it to continually work on my flexibility as I’m getting older. I have always focused almost solely on resistance training which has led to many imbalances and stiff areas in my musculature. For those of us who haven’t prioritized flexibility in our fitness plans... using this app and following along with him can help get this into balance!
I am on the road every week and I can use this in the hotel gym and in the room.
