Back At it Again

I’ve mostly been in really great mental and physical health my whole life. I yo yo 5-20 pounds but found myself 2 kids later, both adopted, one at birth and one at 13, exhausted mentally and physically. I needed something to tell me what to do and I just follow, especially after a re injury of my lower back. I thought, this looks basic and sustainable. The most out of shape I’ve EVER been, a week in, my back was already feeling so much better and stronger. I also know, that even when I’m back into shape, and I will be, I’ll be able to continue with these stretches. Old school stretches. Simple, attainable. Meets you wherever you are in the process of being your best. Much appreciation to folks who created this app. Nikki

Great for maintaining flexibility

So I’m a dancer and I can’t even begin to describe to you how difficult it is it keep your flexibility over the summer. Usually, by the time dance season starts again you’ve lost most if not all your flexibility and it is REALLY hard to get back especially as you get older. This app took forever for me to find but I’m so thankful I did. It has motivated me to stretch over the summer and keep/gain my flexibility. Thank you to the creator! ❤️

I love the SWORKIT apps only thing I hate (and the reason I took one star) was cause you have to have like 9 apps to have a complete full body workout and stretches. It's a pain especially on a IPhone where you only have limited memory to store things on your phone. I wish I could find everything in one app so I could keep up the momentum of my workout but instead I have to take a few minutes to switch apps and pick out the routine before I can go on to the next isolated workout. I still will definitely recommend SWORKIT to all my friends. I have many friends who are like me, who prefer to work out in the comfort of their own home and not in a gym to be judged by all.
