This stretching app is suitable for both men and women. You can customize your splits training based on your own preferences. No equipment needed, training at home or anywhere, anytime. We collect different types of stretching techniques for improving flexibility. Regular stretching keeps muscles long, lean, and flexible. Healthy muscles also help a person with balance problems. This is very good app for body stretching

Glitchy

Sooo glitchy despite so many 5 star reviews. Makes me question their authenticity. The app froze. Then worked a bit, but the stretch videos didn’t match the overview at the beginning. Then the stretch shutdown before it was done.

Not loading

I just downloaded this app because I’ve been wanting to get my splits. I decided to do the evening stretch, but when I clicked on it, then clicked continue, it showed a scene saying “get ready” with a 5 second countdown. I expected it to countdown 5, then begin the stretch, but nothing happened. Either there’s a malfunction with the code, or this app is a scam.
