Real practices on my own schedule
I started using Striv3 so I can get personalized workouts during my offseason. Now I have a set practice plan when I go onto the court that I follow. I record my workout and send it to my coach for a review and he tells me what I need to correct and how to proceed. I like that I can workout on my own time and have everything I need on my phone. I recommend this app to anyone who wants to get better and not just go on court and shoot around.
