Hello, this is Strongerlab.

It can be the best partner for those who love weight training.

Use the app as a means of measuring yourself with your personal workouts. It will definitely help your training.

It helps you to know your current status and exercise habits at a glance.

No registration or login required. And it's fast and simple.

It faithfully performs the role of an exercise assistant only with the functions provided by downloading the app.

This is an early version now. We will continue to add many features.

1. Create training freely

A basic training list is provided, but you can configure your own workout list by freely designating a name and type.

You can create any kind of weight training training.

For bare body workouts, additional weight can be recorded.


2. Recording function to help you focus on the exercise as much as possible

I made it to record comfortably with a spinner-type UI that can be entered with one hand.

You can fine-tune the steps of the spinner to suit your style.

You can also record compound sets by selecting two exercises.

You can record while exercising in real time, and you can freely write an exercise record by designating a specific date.

You can check the maximum weight/volume while recording.

It supports voice input.


3. Analyze exercise patterns with various data

Check the exercise ratio for each part and sport with graphs and charts.

Various statistics are provided based on the recorded data.

Analyze your training patterns.

We will continue to update detailed analysis tools.


4. Light, comfortable and fast

There is no need to sign up or log in.

You can use the app immediately after downloading it.

Your data is safely stored on your icloud drive.

Don't train to show off your weight training. You will want to get results quickly and you may not be able to live up to your expectations every time.

You need to know how to focus on the exercise itself. Don't think too much in your head. The utopia rises every time, but the body does not develop.

Don't judge yourself for changes in your body. When there is a change, the people around you will react first.
