StrongHer App

This is a wonderful app I highly encourage woman like myself to try this app it’s going to change your point of view of fitness forever in a good way. This app is unique in every way possible and should be given a chance try it for free during the 7 day free trial! I know you won’t regret besides think of it this way we as people spend so much money on other items that are not anyways important so why not on our health! As an inspiring person once told me “Health is a lifestyle.”

Changes are needed...

The exercise/workout portion of this app is ok, the rest of it is 👎👎👎. The diet part is useless. There aren’t enough varieties in the food choices and no way to import ingredients/information in. You have to choose from what’s available, which is not a whole lot. You have to use other apps if you want to accurately track your diet. The only app it syncs to is Apple Health, which isn’t accurate at all. This app is too expensive for all of the limitations. There’s lots of free apps out there that are better AND will sync with other apps to more accurately track your data. This app would be better if it would just skip the diet all together or sync with an app like MyFitnessPal.

Good app but needs improvement.

The exercises themselves are good but here are my complaints
-you can’t alter or change any particular exercise if you don’t have that piece of equipment or someone at the gym is on it. You should be able to change the order of exercises if needed based on gym availability.
-no weight recommendations are given. Nor is there a place where you enter the weights you’re using to see your progression
-the exercises are too short, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to increase their length to customize.
-i can’t get the workout to “download” today. So glitches need to be resolved.

Great feedback that we will take on board. I will answer a few of your questions. Yes, you cant alter exercises we will look into it. We will never recommend given weights as we don't think this is important and something to stress over as everyone is different. Exercises are given per rep range if you are doing IN GYM workout so this shouldn't be a problem with exercises being short. Yes, we will look into those glitches that are very unusual. Sorry about that and we are always wanting to get better and better so thanks for your recommendations
