The Studio 1 app is absolutely amazing! Whether you are in the mood for circuit training, a hiit class, yoga class or the new yoga hiit, there is something for everyone. It’s extremely easy to use and you can favorite the classes you love most and play them over and over. Maria is a doctor of physical therapy and knows the human body and it shows. Her exercises not only work every body part, but are addictive to the point where your muscles are craving the next exercise. She teaches and performs every class with you with minimal equipment. You will actually see that your new strength comes from using your own body. I love watching her demonstrate each exercise and offer alternatives and moderations if you need it. It’s like she’s right next to you! Her words are so inspiring and keep you motivated to keep going till the last second on the timer. With new classes added weekly it beats going to any gym. It’s like a private class everyday. So glad I found this app!

The STUDIO1 app is so user friendly and easy to navigate. I moved away from Florida and have not found any fitness instructor who can compare to Maria’s level of knowledge. She is always reminding you of the proper form to prevent injury and get the most out of your workout. I always say I feel safe when working out with Maria because she plans the workouts thoroughly. There is a wide variety of HIIT, tabata and yoga so you can’t scale your work outs to the intensity you are looking for. The best part is that this app is always in my hand, and I have zero excuse to not sweat and move! The recipes, tutorials and challenges just keep it interesting and worth downloading!

There are so many fun options on the mat and off, I stay motivated and move daily... and I really like that I can get outside for the outdoor workouts! Not only does Maria have a huge variety of creative exercises, she takes the time to walk you through each one, shows you what the proper form is, and shows you what it shouldn’t look like! My favorite part of the app is the ease of combining warm ups and workouts and mixing walking/running with yoga, there is no thinking on my part, she’s done all the work for me! 🤗

I love the format of the workouts! They’re typically intervals, so you get a good workout in and quickly! Maria is a physical therapist as well as a fitness and yoga instructor so she knows what she is talking about! She always emphasizes form so you never question if you are doing the movements correctly. She also offers modifications if you’re a beginner, injured, or just need an easier workout that day. You take the app with you everywhere, so you can even workout on vacation! No more excuses! The best part? Working out with Maria is fun!
