One of you competitors suggested your program StudioTax since we are filing 10 years in the volunteer program going back to 2015 up to 2025. I have a solid book keeping back ground and I was very pleased how quickly I figured out how to use the program. I emailed once for help got a quick reply. For those of you who don’t know it is suggested that you go back 10 years in the volunteer program and they have to all be submitted at once when you make the application. Time was of the essence so we have spent the last week 1/2 compiling from his records enough backup to prepare the returns. We are happy to help this person out..they lost their way but want to get back on track. It will be at least 3 years before they wrestle the debt to the ground…but they don’t want to live with constantly looking over their shoulder. Thanks for helping out as well.
