Easy to use & no fuss fitness tracker!

The simplicity of this app is one of it's best features. I have a difficult time navigating other workout apps, as the interface is just too cumbersome. When I want to track my workouts, I want something that takes me only a few seconds to make an entry, and move on with my day. This app makes tracking my workouts great, and also pushes me to do increase the weights, and set new goals! Great for those of you who love training, and want something that easily tracks your fitness goals!

back on track

Have to give this app 5 stars ! getting back in shape after having a baby was my goal and i was looking for an app to help me train at home . Checked lots of apps and this one is perfect. So easy to navigate, customize my workouts and the best thing is - it works with iHealth . Developers did an amasing job making it fun and so easy to use

Not functioning

Have “stupid simple macros” and love it, but THIS app does not work. You can’t get out of workouts. You cannot put in your own exercises, good grief! I paid for pro but now I wish I had not.
Messed up pictures- standing tricep extension show person lying down.

I set up my workout, with the weights and reps I use, every time I go to do a workout both the weights and reps have been increased. I reset them, and the next day they are increased again. Good grief! I can understand suggesting increases after 4-6 weeks, but daily is crazy! So now I cannot use because you have to ignore the data!
