Stylevana 4+

I’ve made many purchases in the past through the website, and just this weekend I was again trying to purchase and edit my cart and somehow the website couldn’t load edit my cart button so I tried the app for the first and faced the same problem! The app interface looks just like the website which is not the most appealing and super slow. It has annoying way for buyers to browse product info and pictures.

I am so disappointed and unsatisfied with my experience with Stylevana. I decided to place an order of a product i’ve been wanting for a while now. I ordered the product and waited a few days. A few days turned into a week. I got concerned so I decided to email them for customer support. Not only were they super unhelpful, they were incredibly slow. Almost two weeks later, I got an email back saying the PRODUCT I ordered wasn't even in stock. In fact, they emailed me that they were going to get a stock the item a whole month later. This enraged me because they have not told me anything about the product being out of stock. Not on their website nor their app. The way they allow their customers to buy out of stock is already very greedy, but its the fact they don’t even tell you when a product is out of stock angers me. I definitely don’t recommend this app/website. They don’t update you about anything unless you go crawling to their legs.

I’ve been ordering from Stylevana for the last year, and I have had such a positive experience. Both on the app and on the website. I like the amount of rewards and points that one can earn. I have placed four orders within the last year and all have been delivered successfully and within a decent amount of time. Compared to competitors, I feel that their pricing is much better. In addition to their bundles as well. Thank you Stylevana!
