Big improvements
There have been huge improvements in the most recent releases. I like the new security features that limit how a card can be used.
I have one account and card that’s used for a major house renovation and I like the fact that I can restrict access to the money based on region and category.
The only other suggestion I would make is that it would be great to be able to restrict transactions based on specific vendor. Other than that this is now a great bank app.
Unclear
A few weeks ago I totaled my car and insurance covered majority of my loan. But I still had a little left to pay. So I transferred what I thought was the appropriate funds from my other bank into my Suffolk account and when I tried paying off the rest of my loan I received a generic error message that said to contact the bank. When I called the bank I sat on hold for roughly 10 minutes and when I was finally connected with a representative he was pretty rude about the whole situation. Apparently the bank holds $5.00 in the account at all times but no where does it say or show that in the app. Now I have to wait another 3 to 5 days for the money to transfer so I can pay off my loan. Honestly I would’ve been writing this review if the representative wasn’t so rude or if the app just showed me an available balance without the $5.00 hold included.
Phone service may4th a Saturday
I didn’t reckognize a charge so first girl said if you don’t figure it out call back. This is my 3rd or fourth card. I called back she too busy lecturing me about it being my fault and she was snotty I almost closed my account was disgusting how I was spoke to I have cancer and can’t drive. So I finally went to bank the bank’s employee had me call an 800 number it was an accidental charge they refunded me it was an accident not fraud and the same lady acts like a dictator I have nothing good but good to say other than her please put her either in her range of knowledge she called me a liar without doing so. My friend who got her closed her account and I just hope this never happens again thank you for your time excuse my grammar I just got home from chemo.
