Sugar Tracker & Log allows you track your sugar intake throughout the day. You set a default target amount of sugar and then add sugar as you go. You can also set the target for a specific day. You can step back through the history of your sugar intake and encourage habits over time.

The pro version of the app offers the following:

Win Win!

I needed an app only to track my sugar. This has done that. Helping me limit my intake and lose weight! Win! Win!

Needs work

This app has been pretty much useless to me. Tried it for a day. Conversions and items in the database aren’t accurate and are very limited. Take for example Silk chocolate almond milk. I look for 1/4 of a cup which I put in my coffee in the morning and I can’t find it. I find a 10 ounce glass with sugar amount in grams but that’s of no use to me and it doesn’t convert down to the needed amount and units of measure (gives grams instead of teaspoons). It’s a shame because the app itself is pretty user-friendly. I think with some tweaks and some added information it will do well. I’ll check back to see if they make improvements.

Needs more

Please add a way where one can see their history at a glance for a week ,month, year, etc. please make a category for total sugar, and then also added sugar. Then this would be a really great app and much more useful.

You can see what you did on prior days just by scrolling back and seeing it day by day. But I would love to see my improvement and my history at a glance.
