I still can’t log in at all but I have seen many great things on this app I love all the cheap shipping prices but I tried to log in and I got everything right but it still says wrong account or password so I reset password and took a screenshot of it and still says the same thing

Sugargoo app and service in general is very good in my opinion. I believe that shipping costs are fair. Customer service is kind & knowledgable & quick. The service is quick too.The one suggestion I have for the app is to implement notifications! In doing so it would make it even easier to know when packages have arrived at the warehouse or have shipped!

I ordered my first haul it came on time and was good but my second haul got delayed for 2 months without any updates or information on it and then got seized by Chinese customs and got 180 of my 200 back if you want a good agent don’t use Sugargoo there are many more better options

Had the app for a few months they added cashapp pay for like a day then it just disappeared can't even order nothing because it's unknown when it's coming back
