I still can’t log in at all but I have seen many great things on this app I love all the cheap shipping prices but I tried to log in and I got everything right but it still says wrong account or password so I reset password and took a screenshot of it and still says the same thing

Great app & service. 1 suggestion

Sugargoo app and service in general is very good in my opinion. I believe that shipping costs are fair. Customer service is kind & knowledgable & quick. The service is quick too.

The one suggestion I have for the app is to implement notifications! In doing so it would make it even easier to know when packages have arrived at the warehouse or have shipped!

Everytime I’ve uploaded a image/photo, nothing shows up and it brings me to a random page
