Liking it less
I have had the app for a while. Was loving it. Now no data can’t be entered. Once again yesterday and today no data can be entered. Can’t post within the app either. I have turned off my phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Get a message no matter what I do “Something went wrong. Try again later.” It doesn’t work anymore. I want it to. Love it.
Not user friendly
I like the concept of this app. That said, I had 2 messages from one of the coaches, however the app would not let me send a reply to either message. I contacted support and all they said was explore the app. Not good service on the part of SugarMD. I will be deleting this app shortly. It is a shame because it could be a valuable service.
Great tool for diabetics!
This app has been amazing! It’s so easy to use and has all the useful features I’ve been looking for in a health app! It makes it so easy to keep track of my diet/food choices, my blood sugar and goals. Definitely 5-stars!
