So one of the things that it does one of its features is that you can close your phone, put your phone on the desk, so it looks like all the icons are showing, and it will continue to record..😲… and no one will know and you can have your phone on your desk, and no one will know

I’m starting a new job and wanted to stay on top of things. I saw the good reviews and downloaded this app. I got in the meeting. It was about 40 minutes long and it recorded the meeting. It seemed then came time for processing. Keep in mind I’m standing right next to my Wi-Fi unit and my signal is strong. It then tells me that my connection is a little bit slow and it will take a little longer, but that my recording is Safe. I let the phone do it thing I come back a minute or two later just to see that it has deleted my recording and it’s nowhere to be found that meeting was not recorded which is the reason I use this app. I’m extremely disappointed, and upset now I have no meeting notes and I will never use this and there’s not even a customer service that you can talk to directly.

As a journalist covering major world events, I rely on transcription tools daily. I began using this app to transcribe interviews — and it worked well at first. However, I’ve noticed a consistent and deeply frustrating issue: every time I attempt to transcribe audio that includes mention of the Isr*el-Ham*s conflict, the app fails to load or process the audio file.

This has happened repeatedly — and exclusively — with interviews on this topic. All other recordings, even sensitive ones, load without issue.

It raises serious concerns about whether certain topics are being flagged or deprioritized. Journalists and certain professionals often work with difficult or controversial material — that’s part of the job. Tools like this should support our work, not block it. Even if there are content moderation policies in place, they should not hinder professionals from doing their jobs.

I hope the developers take this feedback seriously and remember that accessibility isn’t just about user experience — it’s also about trusting your users to handle complex topics responsibly.
