Very useful for app. Definitely recommend
Old app was better
The old app had better functionality to view the class/pool/gym schedule. Additionally, the touted class signup (to replace Mind-Body) is not mobile friendly. Sadly, this is overall a step backwards in user experience for a few bells and whistles of challenges, workout tracking, etc. My assumption is that voice of the customer and user acceptance testing were not done, because the result could not be a degradation in functionality if these were completed.
Can’t Reserve a Class?
The app doesn’t seem to work on iOS. When I drill down to the location class and time, a “reserve now” button does not appear?
If I use the Web interface on my laptop, it does appear and I can book the class.
