Worked Okay - Now it’s useless

I’ve had the CD1900MV and have been able to upload photos for a year, but now the app does not log into my account anymore. I’ve tried deleting and installing it again but no luck.

I can upload photos from a browser, except pano photos, which are “to large”. Except this app used to upload them before it died.

Love my frame!

My son calls this a “Grandmother’s Frame”. I love that my kids all over the world can add pictures to my cloud and I can see them on my frame. It holds lots of pictures!

If I could change anything it would be to have an on/off button on the front side of the frame. And along with that software that would alert you that you have duplicate pictures. That way I could clear the extra and add even more.

Great....once you get it setup

We bought the cloud photo frame (touchscreen) for our parents and It took us a while to get the device setup and we were not aware until we were pulling our hair out that there was an app. After we installed the app, it was easy sailing. We had all the family download the app to log in and add photos to the digital frame. This was a great gift and we will be ordering one for ourselves.
