Limitations
Can only upload one photo at a time, this takes FOREVER especially as a technician who needs to upload on site. No ability to look up jobs within the app. Instructions in the photo upload section are vague and cause each submission to be rejected even when photos that are uploaded conform to the requirements listed in the instructions. The app needs some serious streamlining to make it an effective field tool, right now is utterly tedious.
Error message
Really don’t understand why I get a error uploading when I’m trying to upload a picture through the app? When I upload the same picture with my IPad I get “upload successfully”
