Helping me create healthier habits each day

With a hectic and unpredictable work schedule I’ve really struggled with managing my anxiety and exhaustion. This app has helped me make small, easy adjustments to my daily routine that have a big impact on managing my overall mental health. The tasks are simple and easy to achieve even on my busiest days. It has really helped me to slow down and take some time throughout the day to just check in with how I’m feeling and it’s a very small effort to help me feel much better at the end of the day.
