To get started, download and launch the app. Then sign on with your SunTrust Online Cash Manager User ID and Password. Please note before using this app you must first be enrolled in Online Cash Manager with your user profile activated for mobile access. If you are a new Online Cash Manager user, before using mobile banking you must first successfully sign on to Online Cash Manager from the online channel.

This app is so bad, it made me switch banks
Updated: The fiasco a couple weeks ago with *no one* being able to login for 3 days made me switch banks. Prior to that, I couldn't get a straight answer out of anyone at their contact Orion's when I asked how they can assure me the app is secure since it hasn't had an update in 2 years. Those two things made me sure that I can't trust SunTrust with my money. The branch staff are consistently friendly, but the company really needs to get with the times.
Original review: First and foremost, the version history shows the app hasn't been updated in two years. Not only does the app itself show it's age, but that is INCREDIBLY unsafe! So many outside exploits could be in place and they wouldn't even know about it. Definitely makes me uneasy about having my financial information linked to it and Im researching other Banks to transfer all my accounts to unless they change this IMMEDIATELY.
Aside from that, the app looks/feels ancient. There is no mobile check deposit. The system is frequently down. I could go on and on. This is legitimately one of the worst apps I've ever used and it really makes me concerned that I'm trusting this bank with my money.
Full of bugs and lacks features
I’ve been a Suntrust business and personal customer for over 30 years. I’ve been waiting for Suntrust to have a fully functional business mobile app for years and can confirm that the iOS business mobile app is a very poor example of a banking app. The app freezes often and crashes, kicking you out back to your desktop. It does Not have fingerprint authentication. It also does not allow for mobile check deposit. The bill-pay feature locks up often. The only features that I use this app for is to check my account balance and view my line transactions. You cannot use Zelle to transmit funds to another Zelle user but you Can receive Zelle fund transfers.
Suntrust customer service told me today that they will have a new mobile app once the Suntrust/ BB&T merger is complete. They could not tell me when the new app was going to be released but then, I’ve been told for a few years, that Suntrust was going to have a working business app with mobile deposit for the past few years.
Terrible app that doesn’t sync with desktop site
Wow, I see why everyone is so irritated. I have spent the past hour and a half trying to login to my account. It keeps telling me that my credentials are incorrect and finally it’s instructing me to call Suntrust to unlock my account since mine has been restricted due to multiple attempts app log ins. So, now I am waiting on hold where the it is saying the hold time is a “minimum of 25 minutes.” Awesome. I’ve used PNC for all of my other business accounts and it is fairly seamless. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles as BoA, but they are local and have been good to us. I only joined Suntrust because they were the closest bank to my other business where I needed a smaller account for petty cash and small deposits. Needless to say, I am so frustrated with this app and Suntrust’s lack of care for all of these terrible reviews that I am going to switch over to PNC or BoA, even if they are a few more miles away. Really disappointing, Suntrust.
