Not the best, but working on it

Well why did I give you a 3/5 star? , well it’s not because of your employees (they are great), it’s not for your updated app ( nice) it isn’t even because we fly in outdated planes to our destinations ( made it), but it seems to resonate with the general (Canadian) population that you are the bottom of the heap in travel industry, normally I’d say you are midrange, ( not as good say as air transat) but this was a trip as in one other trip in the past where Sunwing didn’t pay for the exit fee to the DR.
Our other incursion was to the DR and it also did not include the exit fee, but at least you included a glass of champagne on the flight
So it appears you may have to join the rest of the carriers and include the silly exit fee with the price,
Maybe this will help your image with the traveling public, oh yeah we are not Canadian

This App Is Worthless

None of the buttons function anymore, All functionality was removed in the latest updates

Doesn't work

It doesn't even work, half of the buttons don't function, it won't let me enter my email and unsubscribe for the newsletter it signed me up for even though I didn't check that box. So glitchy, I can't even access my booking which is the reason I got it. just use their website

Hi there, I am sorry to hear you are having some issues with our app. You can unsubscribe to our emails by scrolling down to the bottom of the email you received from us and click unsubscribe.
