Fun, but unreliable micro transactions

This game is fun, and the ship types are creative, and it is always cool to acquire a new ship. However, be aware that micro transactions are unreliable. Once, there was a deal where if you purchased diamonds, you would receive a special ship pack. I purchased a small amount of diamonds, and never got my ships. On multiple occasions, I purchased diamonds, but I never actually received them. The game is fun, but don’t ever spend money on it.

Poor support

The customer support responses are arrogant and unhelpful. The game has many bugs and there are hacks all over in this game. When there is a merger of servers on April 24 many players were unable to log back on. I know, I am one of them. They also double charge you for purchases if you let them. I have had to fight for refunds many times. I would go elsewhere if I was you. I'm done with this app.

When they do updates many people get locked out of their accounts or deleted and when they merge servers in the game look out big problems are going to occur. I just got locked out of the game today Jan 11, 2020. It said account name or password is incorrect but I was logged in not 3 hours ago. This game has so many bugs I suggest you run from this game and spend your money elsewhere.

Game going bad

I love this game but the last month has shown their true colors. After a merge my alliance was thrown in with players 100 times our power. Lots of hack cheats, employees of oasis playing and cheating, lots of suspicious activity including charging you for diamonds you didn’t buy. If you dispute it your account gets locked out. Lost 3 of my top players because of this. Many have quit in the last month and many more are leaving. Most don’t have the will to play anymore because of these huge alliances. All we do now is get attacked by people you can’t defend against resulting in no way to advance. Most aren’t spending money either, you’ll just loose it and quick.
