Taking payment - Services issue
This site started off pretty good. Few months ago, it stopped giving me what I have been paying for. At first I thought it was a glitch, but they keep taking my money for upgrade and I don’t get upgrade benefits. Im cancelling the payment now. I’m disgusted that they’re not making the connection.
Finally got contact with the team and they took care of the situation. Figured I would leave original information as it may be beneficial to others.
I should have been more aggressive in seeking help, but life gets in the way and always busy. Once again pleased with the service and would recommend to others
