Subscription model was removed in favor of a one time purchase.
Purchasing the book enables users to redeem coupons for the current year.
After the new year, the next years book will need to be purchased.
All references to subscriptions have been removed and new user experience was added to denote the one time purchase for the annual coupon book.

They struggle with basic app functionality. All their apps and website are poorly coded and they struggle to even make touchscreen functionality work.
