I am an analytical person and huge music lover/ singer and since downloading Superfan almost a year ago I have only the most wonderful things to say. I love to see who I'm streaming most per week, what songs and albums too!! The vibes we get per week always make me really happy and giggle and it's been so special because of the group setting feature Superfan has, I can see my friends analytics and they can see mine so it's become a tradition to check them together and just a really nice excuse to have fun and call my friends(: I will always have Superfan, I loooove it💛💛

Amazing concept, needs better data

EDIT/UPDATE: I’ve also noticed the app does not always show what I’ve played most recently in the “recently played” section…would love for that to update more frequently!I think this is such a unique app concept; it’s so much fun to see my friends’ listening habits! But as others have said, it doesn’t feel entirely accurate. My top artists are usually pretty much correct, but I keep having top tracks that I listened to once or skipped over completely in a playlist. Would like to see more accuracy! Also, one reviewer had a great idea for a “recommended song;” that would be a really cool addition! I’d love to have the option to add something you recommend to your friends, maybe when you get the Friday drop notification. All in all, love the app, just some frustrations with data!

Hey! Thanks so much for the review :) When I originally built it I literally thought my friends would be the only people to ever use it. As it has grown to over 300,000 users, I've tried to keep improving the data collection to ensure it stays accurate, but that has been the single hardest part! I still have more ideas for how to get the data to be more accurate and up-to-date, so keep looking for improvements there. Thanks so much for sticking around through all of this and I'm really glad you like the concept!!

Needs More Shows

My favorite feature on this app is being able to track the shows/concerts I've been to. My only problem is that the app's database of show/concert information is clearly limited. There is a lot of shows that I try to search for and can't find. I understand that maybe really small shows might be undetectable, but I feel like all shows where tickets are purchased through an app (DICE, AXS, StubHub, etc.) should be on here. Overall I love the app. Would recommend!

I’m an admitted serial-song-repeater and serial-song-skipper… according to Superfan my top 3 songs are a song I listened to once, not on any playlist or in my liked songs, when I had it stuck in my head driving home from work over a month ago, a song I liked and haven’t listened to since 2 months ago, and a song I added to a playlist on a roadtrip in June and have skipped over in under 2 seconds every single morning when I drive home from work. I figured things would update today for the Friday update. Nothing changed. Only one “top album” is correct for me, which makes no sense bc I listen to the same 3 songs from it over and over when I have a few too many (which I’ve done multiple times this week, don’t judge). I love the concept but nothing is accurate.
