Superset App 4+

I absolutely LOVE the Superset app! As an online fitness coach, it has completely transformed how I train my clients. It makes my life so much easier—from programming workouts to tracking progress and communicating with clients, everything is seamless.

The interface is super user-friendly, both for me and my clients. I’ve had zero issues with onboarding new people, and they’re always impressed by how clean and professional everything looks. It gives my coaching business a premium edge without the headache of juggling multiple platforms.

What I really appreciate is how customizable it is. Whether I’m building strength-based plans, fat loss programs, or lifestyle training, Superset handles it all smoothly. The app is fast, reliable, and constantly evolving with features that actually matter.

The client experience is top-tier too. They can easily log workouts, track progress, and stay motivated with built-in accountability tools. It saves me hours each week and helps me scale without sacrificing quality.

Been using this app for my clients for a few months now and I just love how easy it is for clients to view. The only reason for 4 stars is because it can use improvement in some areas. For example, I’d love an easier way to just save one workout I just created in a previous workout plan I made for a client with just one click of a button, and would like click-and-drag abilities when creating WOPs. Another thing is on the app it will show upcoming and completed workouts and from a coach and client perspective, we both agree it just looks overwhelming when it’s all listed there, especially missed workouts which can make a client feel like they aren’t doing their best. I’d love it to just have a “things to do today” like ONE thing because it looks like a smaller commitment when it’s only one small thing. Anyway, I’m confident in the Superset team to implement something like this because every time I have emailed them they often respond within MINUTES (and im impatient with ADHD so I like that)

I have tried a lot of apps out there (trainerize, truecoach, PThub, everfit, etc.) and I genuinely love SuperSet and am so grateful for it! Obviously it’s a newer app in that there can be more added over time (and the team is on it and very inclusive with coaches feedback), but what is already present is fantastic. It is incredibly user friendly for myself and my clients. Programming is really easy to use on the app. The new products feature is also a great addition and I have already successfully launched a program using it. I’m really excited for the future of this app as I only see it getting better and better in time as its foundations and structure is super solid!!
