Not As Good As Lite Version

I’ve been using SupremePlayer Lite without a problem to play mp4 files. I have a file that I need to play back frame by frame. So I purchased the full version of SupremePlayer from the Mac App Store. It installed without a problem but will not play back the file that the Lite version will play. The red and white button flashes on and off without giving me any indication of error. I’d avoid purchase of version 5.0.1

Click Help It says it’s not available

Unable to lock window size. Defeats purpose of multiple windows with each window resizing when it goes to the next video. Would never have paid so much for it had I known this. Went to help, clicked “SupremePlayer Help” and get a message window that help isn’t available. Went to website, found not comprehensive instructions nor help there either. All the bells and wistles in the world mean nothing if you can’t figure out how to use them.

Good but needs some tune ups

I been using the Lite version and was a very good player. Purchased the full version to use the additional features. Only to find everytime you open a file to play, there is a dialog box asking you what to open. This would player with just a little work to bring it up to Apple standards.
