一颗星都不想给。分类不正确，导致包裹只能选EMS。一个礼拜都没有更新包裹动态了。没有人评论，我评论一下。建议大家去别的转运公司。
非常差的用户体验以及客服体验
包裹在淘宝显示签收之后的6天才入库，导致没有办法及时邮寄。而客服的态度就是用户自己的疏忽，他们为自己的工作效率慢一点后果也不承担。非常非常差的体验，感觉客服形同虚设
用了三四年了
