I initially thought this app would work great as it found my surge guard (or I think it did) immediately.. BUT it shows that my rv doesn’t have power on and every indicator is at 0. When I disconnected and connected again, it took a few minutes for it to find the surge guard (with me still crouching right next to it) and is still reading the same thing. Which is nothing. I was really hoping for this app to work so I could keep an eye on our power and potential surges, but this is a little disappointing :/ please work on your app!

This app is worthless. Can’t track how much power you’ve used. Doesn’t give date or time of errors just states low or high on line one or two. Plus it wasn’t Bluetooth/app enabled even though the box stated it was. Had to pay to ship it back for a “free” software upgrade. Horrible app and company. DO NOT RECOMMEND buy a Watchdog. Which unfortunately when we went to get they only had these. Probably because nobody wants it. Complete waste of money.

^Also my display on surge protector has multiple columns missing in the dot matrix so I had to guess the final 2 digits on the pairing. But to improve this app and make it worthwhile it should log the energy used by day/date of start and number of days used. It should note when power is interrupted but not create a new session if the disconnect is less than ~60 minutes.

Still not fixed. I have had this App and associated product for 4 months now and it has not ONCE connected via Bluetooth to the device. I was told by customer support that an update was submitted to Apple and was coming that would fix the problem… that was 3 updates ago. Still NOT fixed!!! I have tried all different versions on 9 different Apple devices and get the same result.
