Containing 48000 entries, this is a comprehensive reference work of the origins, meanings and history of people's names and places' name.

The app present information about the language or region in which the surname originated, major events in the history of noted names, the original meaning, peculiarites of regional distribution, and in some cases the form, date, and location of early instances of the name.

Needs to be updated

I like this app, however it needs to be updated. The last one was several years ago. It won't even open on my iPhone unless I delete then reinstall the app again.

Loved the app, but now it keeps crashing. Can't even use it. EDIT: Very fast response from developer. App works perfectly again!

We have fixed the crash issue. Please uninstall the app completely and reinstall it again from Apple Store. Also make sure you have enough memory space.

Doesn’t work.

This app shuts down and closes when you try to open it. Don’t waste your money.
