Surprise: All-in-one fun 17+

I love this app. I love opening surprises to see what I can try to win. I have won a couple of small $5 and $10 gift cards but nothing bigger yet. I’m a bit Leary as to whether I’ll ever get bigger items. I am one or two away from many nicer items but never seem to get it which is a disappointment. Also there are many glitches that seem to change day to day. On the surprises you used to be able to try to swap for a chance at different items for free, now you have to pay 500 gems. The scratch and win card is 1000 gems and the reward challenge is very expensive to buy. People will be more likely to stay and buy if the cost to buy things wasn’t so high all the time. Also you win tickets but still cannot use them for anything I can say their support is great and they listen and get back to you quickly and follow up. I live playing the app and pray to win something great soon.

I’ve download this game about a year ago at this point I actually won a prize I was supposed to be getting a $500 voucher for delta that I won playing one of their scratch off games but I haven’t even gotten my prize. Even some of my progress as far as like my surprise eggs that I rightfully earned when they made an update to the app, they were gone so the things that I was supposed to win, and I never did. when I first reached out back in January, this has yet to be resolved and at this point, it’s over a year later do not play this game you’ll just be scammed. It’s a spending money to be able to see Ms all that you’d be able to win these prizes, but you will never win. And when someone did finally get back to me about my $500 Delta voucher that I have rightfully one I was told that the developers were still looking into certain issues. I even took a screenshot and sent them the game showing them that I want and that the app didn’t compute my win. Again, this problem has yet to be resolved and I hope everyone stays far away from this app BIGGEST SCAM! This entire issue was not only dragged out for almost a year, but outside of being dragged out for almost a year. You guys never provided a solution with the fact that you’re app didn’t compute my win, and I have a clear screenshot that I did win but you guys would not give me what I rightfully won sad how companies try and lie and deceive consumers

This is set up to make you give up contacts info and try to get you to recruit people, and for you to spend $. Impossible to get anything free, because they will change the rules midgame. Raffle wheel 60 pack used to be 2.5k gems. Now its 25k. Hate this app. Hate the developers. Total scam and sham! This app was exciting at first,but its always “buggy”. Tried free trial to get the free hammers. They never gave them to me. Then they gave me 30 bronze hammers(which you can still win in the games) but they were never available to me, and were always lumped in with my bronze surprises. That I could not ever crack. Like well over a thousand. . My mom downloaded this too and she was able to crack her bronze eggs. She said it was stuff like power to spinn win, or coins or gems. I complained to customer service, and they told me the bronze was now for “upgrade” material for higher tier eggs. I played word zen alot and won credits for prize raffle wheel, which I’d spend gems to multiply bonus it, and credits would be missing. Let customer service know and now word zen never has prize raffle credits to win. This app acts like you can “win” free stuff, but once they see that someone is playing to their own advantage, they seem to make changes to make it near impossible. And Im not wasting any money on this. Which ultimately is their goal. Ive wasted enough time
