I luv, luv, luv ur Costa Mesa Store! I’m going to tell all my Fountain Valley & Santa Ana & Huntington Beach friends. I have lots of friends! Chelsea helped us today & she was delightful, helpful & charming. We rushed from Laguna Beach on Monday evening, and made it at (approximately) 2-3 minutes to closing. I hope you know who the 2 or maybe 3 girls who closed that night because THEY were delightful, helpful & charming too. I never, ever felt like they were thinking, “Come on people, hurry it up, we want to close.”I am 64 years old and was in the workforce close to 40 years. I managed 3 departments in my career, so I take a very close look at members of a business’s staff. The professional, courteous & kindly way your staff conducts themselves is a reflection of those at the top; and a progressive and nurturing management style. It is a pleasure doing business together and I look forward to a SWEET relationship in the future. And of course, I cannot forget to tell you that you, my dear Susie, are an Exceptional Baker! I believe right now, your Susie’s Nutty is in 1st place🥇in our family. But your Red Velvet cupcake is a 🏆for me! But we still have so many of your treats to try. I came in and was greeted with Welcome to Susie Cakes. I was unsure what cupcakes to order since this was my first time here and was not rushed. Amber finally assisted me in my order. She was very patient with me because I had two orders of cupcakes. One for my family with which I had 5 specific request for cupcakes and the second was very easy when I ordered a dozen which was perfect since you have 12 different types of cupcakes. Both orders were for my birthday but two different days. Amber informed me that for tomorrow’s celebration that I shouldn’t refrigerate the cupcakes. Which I wouldn’t have known and very helpful!! Thank you Amber for making my first specialty cupcake experience a great one.

SusieCakes in Laguna Niguel always has the freshest desserts. The cake is really moist and the frosting is always unbelievably good. The employees there are the nicest ever, like Disneyland nice, everyone asks me if there’s anything I need and they go out of their way to make my dessert special for me. I highly recommend getting desserts from here if you want the best dessert and experience🥰

SusieCakes in Laguna Niguel always has the freshest desserts. The cake is really moist and the frosting is always unbelievably good. The employees there are the nicest ever, like Disneyland nice, everyone asks me if there’s anything I need and they go out of their way to make my dessert special for me. I highly recommend getting desserts from here if you want the best dessert and experience🥰

I’m a total sucker for a loyalty program. I wish the rewards offered were different, though. I’ve got multiple rewards sitting in my account unused because a discount off of a dozen cupcakes just doesn’t fit my pocketbook or my needs. I’d much prefer the chance to earn a free cupcake or slice of cake. When they do offer members freebies, I’m sure to go into the store, and I inevitably buy additional things. Also, I thik the functionality of the app is a bit odd- it’s up to the customer to tap multiple times for a reward to be marked as “Redeemed”. It seems like it would be better for there to be a barcode for the employee to scan or something. I think it’s really easy for a free item to be given without the reward actually getting marked as used in the app.
