Fraud
After attending one training session (which I paid $210 for), husband and I were hit with a nearly $2,000 bill (contractual obligation, alleged). Absurd charge for a single 1-hour session. After our session, we formally canceled and notified Svetness multiple times over the phone, yet they continue to send collection threats and refuse to remove our contact information from their database.
Big scam
Svetness is a joke- do not use their service! This business is intentionally vague about their contract and intentionally not informing customers important information. They do not assign you a trainer and then make you pay for the weeks that you didn’t get any service/training from them. It is unbelievable that such big scam business is still running.
Terrible company
The company is definitely a scam, they makw everything seem good but everything they tell you is a complete lie. It is also almost impossible to cancel the subscription. Do not work with them it is a total waste of money
