Great App

So excited to get this app! I LOVE being able to access the catalog, databases and my account so easily. I also like that I can access my library’s programs and social media. The best features are being able to scan ISBN to search for books and linking accounts. I am having issues with it freezing up on me quite often. I would also love to be able to make lists and have more filters for narrowing searches. (Fiction/Nonfiction, Audience- Adult/Teen/Juvenile, Publication Date, and Language)

Curbside Pickup Location

App is fine but I do wish they’d change how curbside pickup location is selected.

With many libraries still closed, curbside and driveup pickup is important. I’d love to arrange those via this app but I cannot because it only allows me to set my home library as the pickup point.

I much prefer to just go there and get the item instead of waiting for it to be transferred to my home library. The libraries I have done this with have been very helpful and cooperative but I had to make the arrangement by phone as it was not possible via the app.

Incomplete status of held books

I use the ISBN scanner in a bookstore to see if I can get the book from SWAN, but the app has incomplete status of book holds: it just says Placed. The web site says In transit or Pending.
